Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for choosing Oh My Ink. We’re committed to making your self-expression experience fun, safe, and memorable — whether you’re trying on tattoos with our AI-powered Try-On Machine or purchasing our premium temporary tattoos.

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies only to purchases made directly through our official Oh My Ink online store or vending machines. If you purchased OMI products through a third-party seller or at an event, please contact them directly.

Product Category Distinction

Due to the nature of our products, different return and refund terms apply:

  • Temporary Tattoos (Personal Use Products)
  • Tattoo Try-On Machines (Hardware Equipment)

Please review the relevant section carefully before making a purchase.

SECTION A — TEMPORARY TATTOOS

1. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@ohmy.ink within 30 days of receiving your item(s).

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • All returns must be approved in advance

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if:

  • Item is defective
  • Item is damaged in transit
  • Incorrect item was sent due to our error

For approved cases, we will cover the shipping cost for the exchange.

4. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Incorrect product selection

Due to hygiene reasons, temporary tattoo products are non-returnable once opened.

5. Custom and Bulk Orders

  • We recommend ordering a sample pack before placing large or custom orders
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless defective or damaged

SECTION B — TATTOO TRY-ON MACHINES

6. No Return Policy

All Tattoo Try-On Machine sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Business performance expectations
  • Compatibility assumptions
  • Any reason other than verified defect

7. Defects and Technical Issues

If your machine is defective upon arrival or not functioning as intended, please contact support@ohmy.ink within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo and/or video evidence

We will assess the issue and provide support, which may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or parts shipment where applicable.

All resolutions are subject to OMI’s technical assessment.

8. Shipping Risk (FOB Terms)

All machines are sold under FOB (Free On Board) terms.

  • Risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier
  • OMI is not liable for loss or damage during transit

If damage occurs during shipping:

  • Customer must file a claim with the shipping carrier
  • OMI will assist with documentation where possible

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

9. Installation and Usage

OMI is not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Improper installation or setup
  • Local regulatory restrictions
  • Power compatibility issues
  • Unauthorized modifications or misuse

Support may be provided but does not qualify for refunds.

10. Custom, Pre-Order and Bulk Machine Orders

For custom configurations, pre-orders, or bulk/distributor purchases:

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
